Circuit Board Repair: SRI can Repair and Rework Circuit Boards on time and, at competitive prices. Our highly trained and experienced Technicians can troubleshoot, Repair and Rework your product with fast turnaround at our Repair facility.
SMT Production: The state of the art high speed SMT equipment capable of top and bottom side, adhesive reflow assembling double sided boards with quick setup changes. Equipment is maintained in environmentally controlled facility, assuring highest level of product quality. Reflow ovens are Nitrogen capable. Both no clean and water-soluble solder is used. Most of our products are assembled using Fuji Equipment which is programmed to put solder paste on the top or bottom of a circuit card, then the correct component is placed on the surface.
Thru-Hole Technology: While some of SRI's thru-hole assembles are placed by machines, some are placed by hand. These components actually go through the circuit board, as opposed to being attached on it.
Circuit Assemblies: SRI assembles circuit assemblies for original equipment manufactures, (OEM's). SRI offers pin through card assemblies and Surface Mount Technology (SMT). The printed circuit boards (PCB) will have the raw board components placed on top and / or bottom (SMT), or through the board (Thru-Hole).
Systems Integration: SRI offers a full spectrum of service including system integration of software and hardware for final system-builds.
Electromechanical Equipment: SRI can design and develop custome electronic systems to meet your specific product needs. We can take the project from concept to production. Some examples of customized industrial electronics we have designed and manufactured are:

In-Circuit Test: Upon customers request, assemblies and their components can be subjected to a number of tests, including, in-circuit test, functional test, systems test, and burn-in. SRI uses sophisticated computer controlled in-cicuit and functional test equipment, which will confirm product operation and generate data for potential cost reduction and process improvement. All the test efforts result in products and services that are consistently reliable. SRI has built an enviable reputation for high quality circuit assemblies.
Inspection: SRI performs quality inspection checks at all critical points in the manufacturing process. The first article in every lot is inspected for correct manufacturing set-up. Each product is inspected for configuration conformance, completeness, and aesthetics.
Box Build/Mechanical: Circuit card assemblies, which will have front panels, metal enclosures etc., added to the completed PCB is known as box build assemblies.
