For Units under manufacturer warranty (18 months from the date of manufacturer purchase), the customer is responsible for shipping costs to the repair center.
Non-warranty repairs (including misuse and abuse) are the sole responsibility of the
customer. All units are to be shipped to the repair center without any cables or
power cords. Invoice amounts must be paid in full before the repaired charger will be
released.
There is a repair warranty on all repairs for a period of 6 months (parts and labor). Only
the parts replaced during repair are covered by the repair warranty.
